Atiku’s Final Run
Former Vice President Atiku Abubakar announced that the 2027 election will be his last attempt at contesting the presidency, calling it a high‑stakes contest for Nigeria’s future.  


ADC Crisis 
Leadership wrangles continue in the African Democratic Congress (ADC), with INEC removing David Mark from its records amid deepening internal disputes.  


Military Burials
Tributes poured in as the Nigerian military buried General Braimah and six soldiers killed in a Borno terrorist ambush.

UN Elections

Israel‑Iran Tensions
The US warned countries buying Iranian oil that they could face secondary sanctions, as Israel threatened to shut down Red Sea trade routes unless Washington lifts its blockade.

Beijing cautioned Washington over the Hormuz blockade, calling it economic terrorism.

With colourful decorations, relay races, and cultural performances, Yellow House emerged champions, lifting the 2026 trophy from Blue House. Parents praised the event’s impact on discipline and teamwork, while students expressed joy at improved mobility. The school community also shared Easter shoutout messages, blending celebration with sportsmanship.
