Today has been a great day witnessing the graduation ceremony of pupils graduating from Basic five to college and students passing out to attend higher learning. Parents expressed gratitude towards God, who has enabled them to finance their children's school fees despite the present economic downturn in Nigeria. Parents also appreciated the school staff and management of Moral Esteem Schools, who have been diligent in their duties to impart knowledge and a high standard of good morals to the children. In Nigeria today, parents are forced to be up and going to support their children 's education. Edo Government, sign MoU with LAPO MfB To Disburse NGN 300m Loan To MSME

Edo State Government signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) on Tuesday with LAPO  Microfinance Bank for the disbursement of N300 million to Micro Small and Medium Enterprises (MSME) across the state. The loan according to the SSG, will be implemented by Edo State Skill Development Agency (Edojobs). The News Agency of Nigeria (NAN) reports that the Secretary to the State Government (SSG), Osarodion Ogie, signed the MoU on behalf of the State government while Gloria Bako, Executive Director, Corporate Services signed for LAPO MfB. Commending the board of Edo MSME funds, the management of Edojob, and LAPO Microfinance Bank, Ogie said that microfinance schemes all over the world were the engine room of any economy, he appealed to all beneficiaries to make use of the loan. He added that it was not a grant but a revolving loan that must be paid back. Abia State Secures USD125m Loan Being Part of Her 2024 Budget

  The Abia State Governor, Alex Otti said, his government is set to secure loans to implement the 2024 Budget adding that already the Islamic Development Bank has approved $125m for the state.   The governor disclosed this on Monday during a Media chat with journalists in Umuahia, the State Capital.   He also said that the African Development Bank approved the sum of $125m for the State under AB seed, as well as the African Development Bank, AFDB, all are yet to be drawn after perfection.   He further added, “we have received offers of loan from commercial banks, but we have not drawn on any of them.
