UN Calls for Ceasefire in Gaza

The United Nations has renewed calls for an immediate ceasefire in Gaza, warning that continued hostilities risk deepening the humanitarian crisis. 


Civilian casualties have risen sharply, with hospitals overwhelmed and basic supplies running dangerously low.  


Diplomatic efforts remain fragile, as divisions among international stakeholders hinder progress. 


Humanitarian agencies stress that urgent action is needed to prevent further escalation and stabilize the region.
